Fans/Blowers
Fans/Blowers

Exhaust fans are a critical component of any air pollution control system. ECS Environmental Solutions manufactures a complete line of centrifugal exhaust fans and blowers. Our fans and blowers are AMCA-Certified and independently tested for performance.
We also manufacture corrosion-resistant, centrifugal type blowers with airflows up to 70,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM). These blowers have reduced horse-power requirements and low sound levels, making them appropriate for a variety of settings. They feature backwardly inclined, FRP-coated steel fan wheels. There are options for solid Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Stainless Steel (SS) or Hastelloy wheels.
Features
Belt drive or direct drive, Totally Enclosed Fan-Closed (TEFC) or Totally Enclosed Explosion-Proof (TEXP) Motors
Drain couplings
Shaft seals
Inlet/Outlet flanges or plain-ends
OSHA-approved belt and shaft guards

Materials for construction:
- PVC, Polypropylene, FRP, POLYSTRONG® and POLYLAST®
- Heavy gauge-steel and powder-coated corrosion resistance
Sub-Products Overview:
NH Series PVC Fan (High Volume, Low Pressure)
- AMCA Rated Centrifugal Type Blower
- Stable and efficient performance, resulting in lower operating costs
- Suitable up to 70,000 CFM

CI Series PVC Fan (Low Volume, Medium Pressure)
- AMCA Rated Push Air Blowers
- Assists in Exhaust Hood capture of fumes
- Suitable from 200-4200 CFM at up to 18” static pressure

HCB Series FRP Fan
- High-efficiency fans utilize paddle wheel type impellers with conical end rings to generate static pressure
- Self-cleaning characteristics of these fans make them an excellent choice for use in air streams that may contain solids.
- Available in 13 standard duct sizes, from 6 inches to 42 inches I.D.
- Suitable up to 100,000 CFM at 28” static pressure

HBI Series FRP Fan
- High-efficiency non-overloading fans are designed with backward curved impellers, which reduce horsepower requirements and power consumption.
- Suitable for applications where volume or pressure fluctuations occur, because the impeller construction reduces overload
- Available in 15 sizes, from 6 inches to 60 inches l.D.
- Volumes up to 75,000 CFM at 8” static pressure
